Privacy Notice (KVKK)

At Olympos Earth Houses, as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), we process your personal data lawfully and for the purposes described below.

Data processed: your name, contact details, stay dates and requests shared via reservation, contact form, phone, WhatsApp and e-mail; and identity details collected during your stay as required by law.

Purposes of processing: providing reservation and accommodation services, responding to your requests, fulfilling legal notification obligations (e.g. guest identity reporting) and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Transfers: your personal data is shared only with authorised public bodies where legally required, and with our business partners (e.g. the online booking infrastructure) to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Your rights: under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing. You can send your requests to [email protected].

This website does not store contact form data on its server; the form lets you send your message through your own WhatsApp or e-mail app.
